Load break switch (LBS) is a device used to open an electrical circuit by isolating the source from the consumer. Whether it is manual, motorized or with a trip function, these devices ensure safe creation, disconnection and disconnection of the load from low-voltage electrical circuits. Easy to assemble and easy to use, they are suitable for growing structures in the industrial sector, public distribution, as well as emergency switches, distribution panels and motor feeders.

Now let's take a closer look at the load-breaking switch of the Sirco type. Sirco and Srco AC are manually operated multipolar load disconnect switches. They make and break under load conditions and provide safety insulation. Sirco is designed for 415 VAC and DC low voltage electrical circuits. Sirco AC is designed for heavy duty applications up to 690 VAC - AC 23.

Advantage, reliability and performance

The double breaker per post, achieved through a sliding rod contact system, is a proven design offering extremely high durability and short circuit resistance. Improved breaking performance with fast opening and fast closing.

Property and personnel security

The position indicator is located directly on the sliding rod contact mechanism, ensuring it is visible in all situations. The use of glass fiber reinforced polyester gives SIRCO and SIRCO AC high mechanical and thermal resistance.

Simplicity

Standardization of the SIRCO and SIRCO AC ranges as well as a wide selection of common accessories allows:

  • Simple installation.
  • Reduce stock management and storage costs.

Easy to install

The outer span is easy to install thanks to:

  • Good center-to-center distance (up to 120 mm).
  • Connections up to 6x185 mm².
  • Jointing accessories that facilitate joints, both flat and edge joints.
